I thought I change some things up from my baking obsession. I thought I write a follow up from volunteering at Catalyst on October 2011. It has inspired me in so many ways. I got to find out about new artists I never heard of.. Seryn, Aaron Keys, Gungor, Eddie Kirkland. I signed up to sponsor a child from Compassion. He is from Peru named Elky. I hosted an Operation Christmas Child with my roommate Peggy to make boxes for the cause. Thank you for all those who came out to participate <3
I watch some of the dvd’s from the conference and taking notes on how to be a better leader. I read two books called Start Something That Matters from Blake Mycoskie and Kisses from Katie by Katie Davis. Both are good books to read. I wish I got in line for autographs >.< I feel like there were more things that resulted in volunteering last year.
Currently, I am signed up as a volunteer for Catalyst One Day held at North Point Church on March 26th, 2012.
